1. Production and Processing Timeline

 

We break down the time until your order is dispatched into two phases:

Crafting & Quality Check 2-3 Business Days The time required to finalize the production, conduct our rigorous quality assurance checks, and prepare the jacket for packaging.
Order Processing & Dispatch 2-4 Business Days The time required for administrative processing, final packaging, label creation, and courier handover (DHL Express).
Total Dispatch Time 4-7 Business Days The combined time from order placement until the shipment leaves our facility.

 

2. Estimated Delivery Time

3. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)

 

All import duties, customs taxes, and brokerage fees are NOT included in the item price or the shipping cost.

  • The customer is responsible for paying these fees directly to the shipping carrier (DHL) upon or before delivery.

  • We strongly advise customers to check their country's import fee policies before placing an order.

  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused by the customer due to unexpected duties, any costs incurred for return shipping, customs fees, and administrative charges will be deducted from any eligible store credit.
