At VIGILANTY VOGUE, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, handcrafted jackets and an excellent customer experience. To keep our product costs low and pricing competitive, we strictly do not offer monetary refunds for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items. All sales are final.
However, we are here to ensure your satisfaction and offer the following assistance for specific issues:
CRITICAL: Sale Period Finality Clause
ALL PURCHASES MADE DURING A SALE, PROMOTION, OR WITH A DISCOUNT CODE ARE FINAL SALE.
This means items purchased with any promotional offer, flash sale, or discount code (including your first-time buyer discount) are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or any form of return unless the item arrives damaged or defective (see Section 3).
1. Exchanges for Sizing or Color Issues (Full-Price Items Only)
We understand that finding the perfect fit and color online can be challenging.

Pre-Purchase Consultation: We strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order to confirm sizing. Our team is happy to provide detailed measurements and fitting advice to help you choose the best size.

Vigilanty Vogue Mistake: If we sent you a jacket in a size or color different from what you ordered, we will happily process an exchange for the correct item at no additional shipping cost to you.

Customer Mistake: If the size or color issue is due to a customer error in ordering, we may offer a one-time size or color exchange for a full-price item. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange (return shipping to Pakistan and shipping the new item to you).

To help offset potential high international shipping costs, we may offer a substantial one-time discount on a future purchase instead of processing a costly exchange.

Exchange Requirements: You must notify us at contact@vigilantyvogue.com within 7 days of receiving your order. The jacket must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
2. Cancellations
Orders enter our dispatch pipeline very quickly.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. If you need to cancel, please notify us within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request before processing begins.
3. Damaged or Defective Products (Applies to All Sales)
Quality is our priority. This is the only exception to our Final Sale Policy.
If your jacket arrives damaged or defective (e.g., a broken zipper, torn seam), please contact us at contact@vigilantyvogue.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and clear, detailed photos of the damage.
Upon review, we will resolve the issue by offering one of the following solutions:
